Yes, the chain is off due to cleaning. All it needs is a new shifter cable and 3 spokes in the rear wheel...the reason its so cheap is because my buddy has left the country and left me to sell his bike asap. Its had a full fork service with new low friction seals.

Unfortunately there will be no Whistler or Canada next year. We will be focusing on AZ, UT, CO, WY, MT, WA, OR and CA. In 2013 we will either go to the east coast or all of BC and up to Alaska, but I don't know yet. It was unfortunate we were unable to meet up this past season but hopefully our paths will cross in the future!!
